ZS Associates intends to conduct campus drive for BCA final year students.

Profile: Service Delivery Analyst

Job Description: The Application Management Services team is a part of the Business Technology Capability Group. It maintains and supports technology solutions using well-defined sets of processes, policies, procedures, standards and templates - customized for every implementation.

Service Delivery Analysts play an important role on Application Support projects such as:

•        Run and monitor SOP based batch jobs within client projects;

•        Capture and log issues that happen during regular operations run

•        Respond to minor end-user queries/clarifications and provide fixes as defined;

•        Escalate issues whenever required;

•        Document work, participate in client meetings and assist in presenting issues and solutions both orally and in writing;

•        Update the operational tracker.

Eligibility Criteria: 60% throughout in X, XII and Graduation till date

Online Test: Online Test (Aptitude) on 18^th August’ 2015

Location: Gurgaon

Compensation: INR 2,50,000 PA + other benefits

Reporting Time: 8:30am sharp at IINTM Building Room No. 311
